Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the unopened product in its original Memo Paris box and protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided by our team and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
